This WTWildThings.com.au website is an online dating service that caters to persons that have common interests and goals, and are in some way pursuant to an active lifestyle.  The WTWildThings.com.au Member database is owned and maintained by WTWildThings.com.au only.

If you create or maintain a profile on the WTWildThings.com.au website and that profile and username is shared with other WTWildThings.com.au Members, you are agreeing that your profile may be displayed to such Members.  All Members of WTWildThings.com.au can view your profile.

Your Personal Information

Entering Into This Legal Agreement

By proceeding with completing a personal profile on the WTWildThings.com.au website you officially initiate entering into the Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the service Agreement and this Policy for as long as you are a Member of WTWildThings.com.au and use the WTWildThings.com.au website.  If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not proceed with completing a personal profile on the WTWildThings.com website or register as a WTWildThings.com.au Member.  If at any point as a WTWildThings.com.au Member you disagree with any of the terms and conditions contained in this Policy or those in the service Agreement, you may terminate your membership by request by sending an email to Connect@wtwildthings.com.au.

Your IP Address

How You Can Access and Update Your Email Preferences, Personal Information and Public Information

IF AT ANY POINT WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU DECIDES TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN A MANNER DIFFERENT FROM THAT STATED AT THE TIME WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU COLLECTED IT, WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU WILL NOTIFY MEMBERS BY EMAIL OR NOTICE ON THE WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU WEBSITE PROVIDING 30 DAYS’ NOTICE AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACCEPT OR NOT TO ACCEPT ANY MATERIAL CHANGES IN THE POLICY.  WITH REGARD TO INFORMATION GATHERED OR AFTER YOU ACCEPT THE CHANGES IN THE POLICY, WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE CHANGES OR DISAGREE WITH THEM, YOU MAY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY SENDING AN EMAIL REQUEST TO DO SO AT ANY TIME TO CONNECT@WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU.

IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO MODIFY, CHANGE, ADD OR REMOVE ANY PORTION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.  WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU WILL PROVIDE MEMBERS BY EMAIL, WRITTEN NOTICE OF MATERIAL CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND/OR THE SERVICE AGREEMENT AND WILL PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCEPT OR NOT ACCEPT SUCH CHANGES.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT SUCH CHANGES, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE TERMINATED AT REQUEST AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE GIVEN ACCESS TO THE WTWILDTHINGS.COM.AU WEBSITE.
